Hi there! I’m Logan Dodd-Frigo.

I spent a decade working in the entertainment industry and have always been captivated by art and how it deepens our inner connection. This passion for understanding human behavior led me to a different type of art: bodywork. As a licensed massage therapist (Mind Body Institute) with yoga training (200 hr, House of Om Bali), I’m guided by my empathy, intuition, and therapeutic knowledge. This allows me to create a nurturing space for all bodies. My intention for our sessions is to work towards long-term balance and mindfulness through trust, safety and therapeutic touch.

Hi!

Hello! I’m Darby Pincock

Growing up immersed in sports, hiking, and adventure, I’ve witnessed firsthand the important role self-care plays in our lives. My journey as a therapist has fueled my passion for learning and problem-solving, allowing me to continually educate myself and share those insights with others.

As someone who enjoys pushing physical limits, I appreciate how bodywork and self-care can lead to a deeper understanding of ourselves. My approach emphasizes the synergy between mind, breath, and physical capability. I thrive on tackling new challenges and helping others discover their unique connections to wellness.

Hello!

What We Offer

Our flat-rate pricing ensures that creating an individualized experience is the focus of all massages, regardless of technique. The therapist will review your forms and discuss approach during the intake process. In your session, the therapist could utilize a variety of techniques and tools, including but not limited to: Swedish, Deep tissue, light stretching, Cupping, Gua Sha, hot/cold towels, aromatherapy and/or Biofreeze:

  • A gentle technique involving long, flowing movements to promote circulation and relieve minor muscle tension. A reset for your mind and body.

  • It is unlikely that a deep tissue approach is needed for the full body. This technique targets deeper layers of muscle tissue, ideal for specific areas of chronic pain and abnormally tight muscle groups. Our approach involves easing into pressure (no bruising or soreness here) and more communication with the client to avoid pain and discomfort throughout the process. If we determine that deep work is how your body best responds, the therapist might suggest longer sessions for future appointments.

  • Uses suction cups instead of pressure to improve blood flow and reduce inflammation. This technique is typically ideal for clients who have acclimated to deeper pressure. We do not provide full cupping sessions, and use cupping as a complementary tool alongside traditional massage techniques.

  • A scraping technique to improve circulation and alleviate pain. We do not provide full Gua Sha sessions, but the therapist could recommend using these tools for injuries that impact ligaments, tendons, and in-depth footwork.

  • Prenatal massage is a gentle technique designed to provide comfort and relaxation during pregnancy. While prenatal massage is still intuitive for every body, the therapist will be mindful of the precautions that come with pregnancy, like back pain, swelling, and positioning. We utilize a pregnancy pillow that allows the client to lay on their stomach for the duration of the session, providing a sense of ease.
